Rollforming of aluminium slats

We use a Dallan roll forming machine with PLC control system for producing aluminum shutter slats with foam-filled. Our roll forming line complete with the tooling suitable to produce the foamed rolling shutter slats, inline foaming, punching and cutting to length operations.

At first aluminium sheets are put into the decoiler, after the warm-up process pass through the feeder guide, formed by cold rollforming and filled with standard polyurethane. After that slat are punched and cutted to measure with a pneumatic flying saw. On demand we make slats with or without perdforation.
